Q. How can I place an order?
A. You can either use our online shopping cart or our Mail Order Form . You can also email us at order@fashionandbeyond.com to place an order.

Q . What are the methods of payment ?
A. We accept secured payments through paypal, checks and money orders. Money Orders must be issued by a United States Bank.  Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Q. I liked the item on your website, but now it is sold out. When can I get the same item again?
A. We will try to get the same item in reasonable amount of time if possible, but designs and colors keep changing. We cannot guarantee that exact same item will be available again. We update our site frequenty with new items every month. You can find something similar to the item you liked.

Q . How can I find out status of my order?
A. The best way to find out about your order is to email order@fashionandbeyond.com. Please mention the order#.

Q . How can I get free shipping?
A. If your order total is $50.00 or more, we offer free shipping to our customers.
